Payment is required within 72 hours of purchase. If you think you are going to have difficulty paying within this deadline, please, contact me. When payment is not received within this time-frame, and I receive no answer to convos, orders will be unfortunately automatically cancelled and relisted.

I accept payments through Paypal, which allows for Debit and Credit Card payments without a paypal account. Paypal is safe, secure and easy to use.

To pay with a credit card choose the paypal option and then the "continue without a paypal account" link on the paypal page. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to convo me and I will happily help you out ;)

Items will not be shipped until confirmation of the PayPal payment has been received.

Please make sure that your Etsy address matches your Paypal address. I will contact you if there is a discrepancy (please be aware that this may delay the shipment of your order). I am not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.

As all items are lovingly made by me upon order and full payment, shipping will usually take after 4-5 days before it goes into the mail. When you make a purchase, I will contact you directly to confirm I have received your order and provide you with the shipping date. Orders go out once a week. Please, convo me if it’s an urgent request or special occasion and I’ll do my best to decrease the delay :)

I ship via Air Mail with an average international delivery of 4 working days, but can take up to 2 weeks depending on your location, customs or other circumstances. If you would like faster delivery, or to add insurance, tracking number or delivery confirmation, please contact me before sending payment, and I will adjust the listing for the additional shipping charges. I am not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. Customs forms will be marked with the full price paid for the item. The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges and duties incurred on their purchases or shipment of the item.

All (La Cometa Lab.) items will arrive carefully wrapped in and dispatched in stylish packaging boxes, ready for gift-giving or to keep the precious treasure to yourself!! if the item is sent by Air Mail the box will come unfolded for you to fold (very easy and fun, no need of chemical bonding!). Protective bubble wrap (included in shipping prices) will be used inside the envelope to ensure the safest delivery possible to you.

Cost of shipping varies from location to location, and I will adjust this prices if it ends up being lower than what was marked when you maid your order, both domestic and international. Purchases for 2 items will get a combined shipping at no extra cost!!!

Any attempt to copy or reproduce or to create items derived from (La Cometa Lab.)’s copyrighted brooches displayed online will be legally prosecuted. Images and text are not to be used for commercial purposes without permission. I reserve the right to refuse service at any time. I do not sell to purchasers I suspect of reselling work without my prior permission.

Colours and forms may vary slightly from batch to batch. As you know, one of the specials features (and beauty!) of handmade work, is to create unique pieces. So a minor variation from one piece to another is completely normal... it will give your brooch an even more special feel to it.

You should also understand that these are fragile items, which are prefect to be used as brooches - what they are-, but they need very gentle care from you.
